Baystate Health is a not-for-profit integrated health system headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts, with roots in Springfield Hospital, founded in 1883. It runs four hospitals including Baystate Medical Center, western Massachusetts' only Level I trauma center and the regional campus of UMass Chan Medical School, and has nearly 13,000 team members.
